Terms of Service

Effective: March 26, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BTR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

BTR is a beauty and wellness booking platform that connects clients with salons, barbershops, and wellness providers. We provide:

• A discovery feed for beauty and wellness content
• Salon and service browsing with location-based search
• Online appointment booking and management
• Communication tools between clients and service providers

BTR acts as an intermediary platform. We do not provide beauty or wellness services directly.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings & Appointments

When you book an appointment through BTR:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the salon or service provider
• Cancellation policies are set by individual salons
• BTR is not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons
• You agree to arrive on time or cancel within the salon's cancellation window

5. Payments

Payment terms are determined by individual salons. BTR may facilitate online payments in the future. Any payment processing will comply with applicable Bulgarian and EU financial regulations.

6. User Content

By uploading content (photos, reviews, etc.) to BTR, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant BTR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on the platform
• Confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Agree to our Community Guidelines for acceptable content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use BTR for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform
• Use automated systems to access BTR without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The BTR platform, including its design, logos, code, and features, is the intellectual property of MVP Forge Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BTR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law:

• BTR is not liable for the quality of salon services booked through the platform
• BTR is not responsible for disputes between clients and salons
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BTR in the past 12 months
• BTR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless EU consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of BTR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
